Biography
Meet Dr. Malouf
Dr. Peter Malouf is a board-certified dermatologist who has dedicated his career to advancing minimally invasive dermatology across the Fort Worth area. Certified by the American Board of Dermatology, he has performed more than 30,000 procedures spanning cosmetic, general, and aesthetic care.
Dr. Malouf earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, then completed his rotating internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas (1995–1996). He went on to complete his dermatology residency and Mohs micrographic surgery training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas (1996–1999).
Early in his career, he trained directly with the inventor of tumescent anesthesia — an experience that fundamentally shaped his practice. Today he is a recognized pioneer in performing cosmetic procedures without IV sedation or general anesthetic, giving patients safer treatments and dramatically faster recoveries.
His surgical expertise includes Mohs micrographic surgery, the gold standard for treating skin cancer. As a published researcher, he has authored and co-authored peer-reviewed articles in journals including the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, Orbit, Cutis, and the Archives of Dermatology.
He treats patients 4 and older, and his practice has been named the #1 Cosmetic Producing Practice in Tarrant County by the Fort Worth Business Press.

Philosophy
A conservative approach to lasting, natural results.
Dr. Malouf believes the best cosmetic result is one no one can point to — skin and features that simply look rested, healthy, and like you. He favors minimally invasive techniques that avoid the risks of general anesthesia and shorten recovery, so patients can return to their lives quickly.
Every treatment plan begins with listening. Whether you're seeking a subtle refresh, treatment for a medical skin condition, or the removal of a skin cancer, you'll receive an honest assessment and a plan tailored to your goals, anatomy, and comfort.
